For a complete diagnosis of the problem, it is necessary to return the following items to the service center:

  • THE POWER CABLE MUST BE SENT IN WITH THE TOOL
  • Repair Order Form
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Tool with backup pad and AC power cord
  • Transformer with AC power cord (Mirka CEROS only)

Do not return coaxial vacuum hoses, dust extractors, plastic cases, instruction manuals or other accessories.

You will receive an email containing a link to a FedEx shipping label, a copy of your Repair Order Form and shipping instructions. Have your tool packed and ready to ship as a FedEx pickup will be scheduled for the same day that your repair request is received or the following business day.

FOR ALL WARRANTY REPAIRS A COPY OF THE PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE UPLOADED WITH THE CLAIM.

Please keep a copy of the Repair Order Form for your records and include an additional copy along with your tool repair.

IMPORTANT

Due to the unknown nature of any dust collected and its possible contents, and to ensure the Health & Safety of all concerned, All Dust Extraction units MUST be emptied and cleaned before being collected, Failure to do so will result in the unit being returned without any inspections  or repairs carried out.

Please also ensure both Dust Extraction Units & LEROS Wall Sanders are well protected, when boxed ready for shipping.

Please have the unit(s) securely packaged and protected and ready for collection. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused during transportation.

Please do not use any packaging showing any hazardous material symbols as this will delay your package.
